ISA, one of the brands of Palumbo Superyachts, has launched a new 45m Gran Turismo 3-deck steel yacht that will be handed over to the owner next year. This autumn you can admire her at the Cannes Yachting Festival and at the Monaco Boat Show.
In general, ISA builds attractive superyachts, but the GT45 stands out for its elegance despite its overtly sporty design. Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design worked on the exterior, while Palumbo Superyachts’ in-house engineers were responsible for the naval architecture.
The end result is a superb looking, fast superyacht with sharp but harmonious lines that are easily recognizable as ISA’s signature style. In modern design, this is a rather rare case when absolutely all elements of the boat are very well combined with each other, from the straight vertical bow to the fin-like arch struts. From every angle, the GT45 looks sleek and sophisticated.
The interiors by Luca Dini Design & Architecture were created based on the owner’s preferences. They have a pronounced nautical theme, so there is lightness and airiness. The interiors are extraordinarily pleasing to the eye and combine wood, carbon, steel and glass. Being inside is a pleasure.
Despite her streamlined profile, the yacht has generous interior volumes capable of accommodating 10 guests in 4 spacious cabins on the lower deck and a luxurious full-beam master suite with balcony and private access directly to the bow sunbathing area.
Usually we like to criticize the design of new models from all manufacturers a lot, but in this case we really have nothing to complain about. We can rightfully call the GT45 the most beautiful boat of the year in the sport superyacht class.
