We have been accustomed to the fact that shipyards for the construction, repair and refit of luxury yachts are no different from factory enterprises located far from the picturesque and attractive places. But this is not the case when we talk about Cantiere Rossini, a shipyard named after an opera composer born in this place, in Pesaro.
This shipyard is quite young, having been built from scratch with a private investment of 20 million euros after the demolition of old coastal structures in 2017. Therefore, from the very beginning, all the necessary requirements could be taken into account so that the shipyard would meet modern standards of superyacht service and be extremely attractive for regular visits by its customers from all over Europe and beyond.
I must say that this was done more than successfully, because during your stay in Cantiere Rossini, you get the feeling that you are in a beautiful marina, and not among the old and gloomy boat sheds. A wide and clean alley along the pier, an abundance of greenery and the absence of industrial enterprises in the area – all this creates a very pleasant atmosphere. A special pride of the shipyard is a high-tech paint shop of an unusual shape, built of wood with aluminum cladding.
The Cantiere Rossini shipyard is not only the most beautiful we know, but also the most environmentally friendly. The company does not use diesel fuel or gas. Instead, sea water is used as a geothermal source with heat pumps, as well as solar power plants and hydropower. In fact, the shipyard’s harmful emissions are close to zero.
Cantiere Rossini can cater for yachts up to 50 meters. The shipyard can redirect larger vessels to the sites of its partners. Perhaps, everything is done here for the maximum comfort of customers, and it is obvious that the main task of the management, which was to make it very easy to cooperate with the shipyard, was performed perfectly.
2022 is a very successful year for the shipyard and thanks to its correct vision of the concept of the superyacht service industry and the highest quality of services, the company has covered a significant part of the market in less than five years. It is therefore not surprising that CEO Stewart Parvin, investors and the entire team are optimistic about expanding the shipyard’s reach, including branches in overseas territories.
